I had the pleasure of having a technician by the name of Kaeleb out to my home today for a minor service need on my garage door.Kaeleb was not only professional, courteous and punctual, but he demonstrated extreme knowledge of pinpointing the malfunction and completing the repair expediently.Lincoln Garage Doors obviously has high standards when hiring very qualified customer facing technicians who take ownership of the job they’re hired to perform.The excellent customer service exceeds customers expectations and contributes to positive referrals and recommendations to other potential customers as well as existing customers requesting adfitional service repair needs.
My experience with Lincoln Garage Doors, LLC was outstanding! I talked to the owner Kaelab Kelley at a home show, and he was very personable and answered all my questions about the particular kind of garage door opener I wanted to install. Kaelab was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation was scheduled for two days later, and he and his partner Bobby Kennard arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They assessed my garage door, identifying a problem with the 23-year-old door that would interfere with the correct operation of the door and opener. After fixing the problem with the door, they installed the opener exactly as I asked in record time (two hours!). Their service included helping me add the app to my cell phone and other programming tasks. I highly recommend Lincoln Garage Doors, LLC!
He showed up a couple of hours after I called, gave me a price, I said yes and he was done within 30 minutes. Everything was exactly how he stated. I had a competitor come by and give a quote about an hour before him. His actual price was less than half the price of the competitors quote. Also comes with lift time warranty. None of that silliness of buying more years of warranty. He just gives it. So I’m hiring him again to install new garage doors later this year. I would recommend him to anyone especially someone who might not know anything about the hardware of the garage door.
Kaleb and Bobbi were excellent. On time and very professional in fixing a minor post-install issue. I am very happy I got my new 3car garage doors from Lincoln. And the insulated feature is already paying for itself. .
Professional, communicative, on-time, and a seamless install. Those are just a few ways I would describe my experience with Lincoln Garage Doors. Kaleb came out and installed our Genie garage opener, and he didn't even need the manual. I originally hired a handyman to come out, but he canceled on me at the last minute once and then never returned my follow-up call. The install would've been cheaper, but I'm sure the job would've been one of those "you get what you pay for" situations.Not only did Kaleb come out on time, but he added an upgraded part just because he already had it on his truck.I will 100% be using them when we install our new garage door this year, and I'll be recommending them to anyone.I'm also partial to any business locally owned and operated, so if that's also your thing, then there's another reason.
